Farm to Feed had built their own ERP system and mobile app from the ground up. A remarkable feat for a small team led by a CPO without a formal product background. After years of hard work, the product needed strategic structure: a clear vision, aligned processes and roadmaps, a foundation to scale from and improved collaboration.
